Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers - General

Deposits for program registrations are non-refundable. If you cancel more than two weeks in advance, we will charge a $50 fee and credit the balance of your deposit to another visit, this year or next.  If you cancel less than two weeks in advance, we will need to retain the full deposit to cover the costs we have incurred.  If we need to cancel, we'll give at least two weeks notice and a full refund.

Summer Program – To Transfer to Another Program or to “Attendee”

 

To transfer from one program to another program

If you wish to transfer from one program to another 15 days or more in advance of the program start day, there are no financial implications for this (with the exception of possible differences in your program supply fees). 

 

Note: the program you wish to transfer into must have space available.

 

Within 15 days of your program start day, Naramata Centre requests that participants not transfer programs due to our leader and other arrangements being in place. However, if there is a reason why you wish to request a program transfer within this time frame, you may contact our Summer Program Director, who will make the decision on a case-by-case basis.

 

Note: if you are “waitlisted” for a program in which space becomes open, you may transfer to that program up to the program start day.

 

To change from being a program participant to being an attendee

If you wish to change from being a program participant to being an attendee 15 days or more in advance of the program start day, you will be charged the attendee fee and refunded the balance of your program tuition.

If you change from being a program participant to being an attendee less than 15 days in advance of the program start day, Naramata Centre will refund 50% of the difference between the program tuition fee and the attendee fee.
